i have a thread on here i put, but basically i passed an intersection and a lady made a terrible left turn into a gas station in front of me from the other side of the double yellow lines so i wrecked my car, while her car is dinked compared to mine. :/

I hope it's a KERS system.

Then i won't have to sell my car and buy it.

A turbo I'm afraid would be too tempting. Then again if it came stock then it would be legal for me to buy the engine and transplant it.

My wish would be the NA engine, but I can almost guarantee they will go turbo to boost hp w/o increasing overall emissions and mpg. I enjoy my turbo, but I appreciate the simplicity of NA power.

There's not going to be any change, it's way too early. Probably minor changes, fixing the cricket problem finally, mainly interior and a few exterior.

Turbo will bring additional risks, parts, etc...not to mention the Toyota mind set. If they have that turbo system, your Power-train will not break when you maximize stock turbo boost.

Therefore, it will more likely be updated drive-train.

Those two together will add on too much more cost to bring about new power.

They would just simply keeping the Current drive-train, and bore out the engine to bring more HP. No need for additional parts, complications, or any short. Tada-san already saying it. He wants to at least makes it a 2.5, because it is Darn cheap to do so, without major complications. Tada-san said that he wants to, at least, do one power-train Upgrade to the FR-S first generation.

Each Toyota generation is 5 years. Unless, Scion changes that to be 6 years as Lexus. Therefore, expect the 2.5L in 2015, as early as Fall 2014

Please add this option to the poll.
I think if more HP is to be added it will probably be a 2.5L engine, but it still seems too early in the game. It would be nice with the KERS system though, as people who already bought could upgrade their engine and not be left in the dust, so to speak.

There should be an option that says (nothing will happen) cause seriously I do not think anything at all will be announced.

Once again, let`s hope this is not the case. But it is probably the truth. It will probably be a few more years before the engine is upgraded.
