I did similar damage to my BMW, but I was deliberately drifting it, I bought a set of control arms and the car was good as new after 300 bucks and a 1hour install...

Purely financial decision: Pay now (cash) or pay over a longer period of time (credit) or pay over an even longer period of time (insurance hike) - unless they give you a freebie. If the amount of the damage exceeds a certain amount, paying over the long haul could be cheaper.
A mistake is a mistake, I wouldn't let that (or many of the forums members here) deter you from the car. |
