HAHAHA Just heard from the outside shop we had inspect my Vette's Motor after one of the heads dropped a valve after 500 miles.
It was not a push rod or install issue just as we already knew but now with an outside source confirming it we have all the proof we need. I am hoping they do not fight me and they handle the damage. Otherwise its time to make a phone call to an Attorney.
