Maybe it's just me, but it was way too quiet, and way too stock sounding. The stock muffler killed any nice sounds from the header.

Im not saying it is for everyone but it is alot of punch for a pretty fairly low price. Yes it runs out after 1.30minute of constant boost... but on the street it just isn't possible to hit that barrier. 1 minute of acceleration from a standing start ends you at about 250km/hr....aka jail time ![]() While its doing all this it isnt making anymore noise than stock.... no loud rasp or drone on the highway..... yes thats a downside for some that want the turbo spool and whatnot but for everyone else there is exhaust and a sweet sweet sound after that. |

that is almost 5 times more miles driven on e85 than I have come across. Max miles in the posts I have seen are people running e85 for around 2-3,xxx miles.

Bonus. 200 whp + ESC = 240 whp. There is something to think about. All for the price of still less than 50% a decent FI kit. A sort of hybrid NAFI makeshift kit - too awesome

Anyway, sorry guys... didn't mean to derail this thread away from the awesome tuning and discussion that Shiv is providing via the OFT. |

Any plans for a type of flex fuel kit on the OFT? I don't live close enough to a station to run it all year around without having to fill up at a normal gas station sooner or later.
E85 has a pretty bad image in LA. "Rumors" say it isn't good for smaller engines and boat motors. Probably the biggest reason we don't have many stations. Being in bed with big oil doesn't hurt either. |
