Lovely build jet
I was wondering how are you liking the Gtx30, and if you'd recommend it ? |

If the headlights are not properly sealed back together you can have issues with water penetrations, other than that if your wiring is all solid then there shouldn't be any problems

Yea I used to live in ourimbah. I've done more than 10 pairs of headlights and none have leaked one bit

Hey @jet86, I wanted your opinion on this turbo I have that was originally intended for a 1.8l miata engine. It's an old Turbonettics T3/T04E 54 trim .63 a/r with ceramic BB. Not sure if its a stage 2 or 3 turbine wheel... do you think this would work well mated to the FA20 on medium/low boost? This was the turbo they sized for me targeting 300~350whp with around 12psi of boost on a 1.8L BP motor. What do ya think?

That's a very old style turbo lol. Yea it seems fine, maybe a bit small as the fa20s flow a fair bit more than a normal 2L.
