I 'm wondering if the Monogram series will get number plaques....loving this new series, but it makes me wonder if it will be a good decision to buy since the new engine/power upgrade will be out in 2015. Essentially Scion could be moving forward with the new engine leaving the issues had with the current engine in their wake....I'd be concerned I'd be getting an engine with issues that will never be resolved....

Very valid point I have been wondering this the old adage don't fix what isn't broken does it mean the 2013-2014 chirp broken scary hopefully they will allow us to engine swap on warranty can't hurt to ask those who have problems especially

No offense to those that are sharing information, but can we get some kind of link or pictures to anything that's remotely official? This could easily be a joke, I mean I can announce the new Fartastic series with a premium lime green color and it'd be just as legit.

i agree how is that possible they are built in Japan why would they have a pre production in California, it would make more sense to see them around Japan and on their tracks.

I just searched the web, including the scion press room, nothing on a monogram series for anything other then the iQ. The iQs paint job is two toned. Nothing mentioned anywhere else for any other scion model concerning this other then the same rumor posted on several forums without any substantial backing....really guys can we get our sources verified before posting? I'm unconvinced this is legit at this point. Someone please prove me wrong...
Then again, MotoP has never been wrong about these things in the past....always seems to have the inside info....so this may be all we can get at the moment...

after reading that statement about the iQ monogram series being released, i'm surprised they are only building 150 of them. so scion may limit production for the FR-S as well. if that's the case, these are all going to be spoken for once pre-orders commence.

I am not sure about that. I thought the 10 Series would go like wild fire but my local dealership has an auto and manual that have been sitting on the lot for a few months now.
