Boot liner

Has anyone found a good boot mat/liner yet?
I've heard the new cars now come with one but i haven't seen one yet.
found this one available : http://afriboot.myshopify.com/collec...ucts/toyota-gt

but i'm not that impressed with the fit... (maybe they're just crappy pics)

anyone care to share experiences?

The boot liner you've always wanted is now available through Toyota. Back order though
R1500.

Damn. I have heard that the Toyota Highlander cargo mat, boot liner or whatever you want to call it is exactly the same shape as the Toyota 86 one.

I think you may call it the Toyota Kluger like in Oz.

I can check tomorrow as I have a Highlander in my garage alongside my 86.

Can you get the Highlander/Kluger all weather mat in SA?

BTW, good luck for the game against Wales. You should destroy them. Fingers crossed we destroy France then England!

I have TRD camber plates ready to install once I have some whiteline stuff here for the rear. I may apparently need the TRD race springs to go with my coil overs to make it all fit.

I have on order the TRD carbon fender fins (jury is out on them but will try), TRD rear window surround/stabiliser and TRD seat belt pads (currently have cheap fake ones).

I'm also considering the TRD air intake like this http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...postcount=1118 for no other reason than I think it looks cool!

Next on the wish list is the TRD gear lever and handbrake boot set and steering wheel. Not sure about the red on the boot set though.

I got a Subaru space saver wheel and had a boot mat made up then finished it off myself. Looks neat and flat.

@Vladror unfortunately the Highlander/Kluger one on checking is completely different so that rumour was wrong!

Not sure if this will help or not but I have found the part numbers for you.

The "donut" boot liner for use with full-sized spare wheel is PZQ20-14020

And for the flat liner the part number is PZQ20-14040

These are for the patterned rubber-type liners.

You are all correct in that they are both made in Australia but perhaps with these part numbers your local dealers might be able to source them for you.

i've given my local deal the part number but it doesn't 'appear on their system'
so it will take them a while to find out. At least they're very helpful and appreciate me educating them :P

I saw a "new spec" (updated radio, boot spoiler) white 86 at Toyota in Centurion this Saturday with the boot liner already in it. The one that covers the donut.

The lady at reception said the car was standard high spec as is, so it looks like it's now included. Did not have time to find a salesman to confirm, as I was in a bit of a rush.

NB: It was the Toyota dealer opposite TWT, next to Lexus (as there are 2 Toyota dealers in Centurion).
