dieing when comming to a stop at an intersection. Basically idle drops that either come close or actually do kill the car.

If your looking to buy an intake... just buy it because you want the noise. Dont listen to the marketing hype they don't make the advertised HP. The idle drop is extremely common and sometimes takes a while for it to happen. A panel filter + tune will be a much better bang for buck.

I can't believe what intakes cost for this car. Especially considering they all look so damn similar to the OEM design, just with fancier materials... 200+ $ to convert your plastic pipe to metal! Sounds like a great deal (sarcasm). lol

WTF They post in here regularly and no response to this? While I have my own feelings from dealing with Vivid directly (and they are not good) I just find this very disturbing and I swore I read about it happening multiple times with different clients.

Hope you get it all sorted out, you can look into reporting them since there seems to be a pattern of this happening.

You're referring to the one off Indian Bend near the casino right? If so, what time do you guys normally show up and where do you typically park?
Sorry to hear that but I think there is some confusion. I was not going to the Pav's thats over a 100 miles one way for me to go to and on weeks I have my son its not something I like to do.

However regarding Saturday I have the prototype of my new over pipe ready to go on my vehicle and Jack has his DC Sports one to put on.
I will be putting on my old exhaust as I said for video and pictures to sell online as well. I will also be installing some new garage goodies and the Lift should be ready if anyone needs to use it.

Stop on by if you like were starting at about 9am.

As for Halloween I changed from my work Costume of Future Trunks to Master Chief when we went out to Nightfall last night with Jack and the ladies. Nightfall was well... disappointing this year but we had fun. That Master Chief Costume gets attention every time and I just threw something together this time just because I didn't completely like the way my other costume turned out.

Alright time to get to work!

Awesome drive on Hwy 191 from Clifton toward Alpine and back.
It's like the car and road are made for each other.. lots of tight 15mph (signed) turns. Definitely as good as I remembered.

Who wants 4 hrs of this?:

My bank was able to cancel the transaction and get my money back.
I would hate to see anyone else go through the hassle/get ripped off by Vivid, so beware!

So What happened and how long ago was this? Do you do the transaction online or over the phone. We have many customer's in the Valley and everyone is entitled to their own opinions. We try to handle everything and get situations resolved and WE DO NOT try to rip everyone off. If we did we would not have such a successful company for the past 12 years.

I know nothing of this as i was handed over this forum only 3 months ago. Anyways, maybe we cannot get your business back from your own personal experience but FOR ANYONE IN ARIZONA or on this forum let me know if you have an issue with us and I will do my best to accommodate you and get them resolved.

Vivid Racing:

Or you can just got with the whole 60 page thread and not just that one post:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=337726

Or how about this one where you charged someone more than agreed?
http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-gen...-problems.html
Original Thread from 350Z:
http://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-ni...-bad-news.html

Over on Corvette Forums...
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/auto...id-racing.html

I can keep doing this but there is no need, my personal issue came from a car I bought from a guy who took it to Vivid and you guys not only couldn't figure out a simple problem but you charged him well over 2k and oddly enough someone on here knows him. I even found an old picture of his car and the "sweet" work Vivid did to it.

There were also claims of redoing the head gasket and other build items and when I took the valve cover off that was obviously never done.

I have heard so many stories about new management, and so and so taking over hell there are threads on here about it I believe but certainly else where as I have shown and that was just a broad Google search.
Frankly there is always a story, always someone new trying to fix it and then the game begins again.

All I can do is shake my head because frankly no matter what the name carries a long history of the same thing over and over and it may have changed but the odd's of it being believed are next to none. Really a sad situation.

If you google any shop, there will always be someone with an issue at some place and time. The bottom line is if anyone has an issue please let me know and I will make sure you are taken care of.

This. Every shop has bad reviews. Anyone that doesn't have any bad reviews or mistakes has A) An amazing SEO team & clean up crew to track after everything B) Has no history.

Vivid has been around for a while... people make mistakes, people get fired... Vivid has never charged me incorrectly in the past.
