Looks great but I would of killed for blue instead of red and a stainless steal brush metal look instead of gold. But do you have any intentions of apologizing to Toyota for making the Fr-S faster than the LFA lol? One other thing where did you shave the most weight or better yet if you were to shave weight where would you say the most cost effective ways would you of taken on a budget?

We wanted to build a well rounded car that touched on all points to the best or our abilities. We feel that our FR-S Concept One has achieved that level and reaches far beyond our own expectations.

We agree that if this was strictly a race car, the interior can be gutted and if this was a daily driven street car, the body kit would be a bit overkill, but what people need to keep in mind is that 1. This is a SEMA build to show what we could achieve using a car that costs 5 times less than a factory super car and 2. Not everybody wants to see just a race car or just a show car so we wanted to build something that would cater to both ends. We think we were able to achieve that in this build.
It is certainly something to be proud of. Lots of work into that.

What's the actual curb weight? The extensive carbon should save a few pounds, but all that plush interior material + forced induction probably put it back on.

the only thing that keeps popping in my head is: cost? it is mentioned that it is supercar money. but that means what? 150k? I wonder if you forgot all the CF and interior and body kit, what the cost would be for the actual performance bits. super nice and i'm definitely coveting this work of art.

This is exactly why I have to say "You are Awesome"

This is very close to Reality because someone will mod their car to DD.

Every bit of the car was modded nicely to the taste for common folks.

It is just perfect. All those Carbon Fibers are already lighter, it doesn't matter if the car has 150 lbs in interior. After all, it is hard to have a Nice interior track car, which you can remove at anytime. But you can not have a nice interior just anytime/anybuild can you ?

I have never seen any Modded Show-Race-car that is modded this way (Beautiful to DD, or Show off Daily). Very Nice.

I'd only be able to drive this car at night. The interior would blind me in daylight

.................as if I'd get to drive it
