At my shop we experimented with some cheap china cams since we already directly import certain other products. With a Rydeen I can literally dunk the camera in a cup of water and it will still work, not one of the Chinese knock offs I tested could withstand this. |

What do you guys think about this camera?
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/BOYO-VTB123HD-Side-View-Camera/dp/B006SF69B0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1383502292&sr=8-1&keywords=vtb123hd"]Amazon.com: BOYO VTB123HD Side View and Rear View Dual Use Camera: Car Electronics[/ame] It's about half the price of the Rydeen and I've seen it on other BRZs with no issues reported, it also looks to have a better viewing angle and a much lower profile (albeit with a bigger hole required). |
