@brz2013 I glad to hear the motor is ok. I was looking at the pic with the broken fins, I can't tell from the pic but is the nut that hold the compressor wheel on still there?

Adrian Smith (Owner of Fensport, the UK agents for AVO) finished mapping my car yesterday, after it was fitted with an Ultimate Racing 3" exhaust system.

Purely mapped for 99RON petrol (gas to you US guys ) - no corn juice in the UK. 10.5 psi on map 2, and wow, does it go!! just over 300 bhp (flywheel), which was my request, so I am one very happy customer. The logs are absolutely perfect - we are using Ecutec electronic boost control, which Adrian has totally got his head around. Looking at the log of how it is holding the target boost is really impressive. Also what is really good, once the final maps had been flashed, there was no trace of detonation, or det correction being required at all.

Big thanks for this DAMotorsports! It solved the problem.
Decided to remove the headlight washers for now because they rub against the IC hoses. No real need for them where I live. Plan to use double adhesive to place back the washer cover.

Anyone else running stock catback with FI?

What's the rest of your set up, supporting mods, beyond the base AVO kit?

It was our pleasure to help you out. If you need anything else let us know.

We did some testing with the stock over pipe and exhaust very quiet with the base kit 6psi actuator we made 5 psi of boost and layed down 190wtq and 240 whp. We are testing some new stuff info to come.

Updates (see the build thread for details):

- Exhaust leak fixed
- Car retuned with 770cc injectors, 4 bar MAF, and MBC

I am very pleased with these results. The minor fall off at the end is because it can't hold the boost (probably need stronger spring), but given I'm at the bleeding edge of 93 pump performance I'm satisfied.

The car is a maniac now. It spins my 235 Direzza ZIIs in 1st, rolling start or not. Can't wait to hop back on the 215 Blizzaks for the winter...

Doesn't look too far off from my dyno today

That's awesome. Did they just dial in your tune a bit more or did you change anything?

Messed with the open loop/closed loop transitions little since this turbo makes 5+ psi at 25-30% throttle haha. Did a little refinement at wot, the cooler temp probably made most of the gain from my last dyno there

Yeah I've been noticing the boost levels now that I have a gauge and we've upped it to 10 psi. I can hit 5 psi in less than a second at highway speeds at maybe 15% throttle lol. It's very quick spooling at the boost threshold.

Finally back in the game, running wastegate pressure (5psi currently) as I try to get all flexy with the e85 around here.
