The Air Resources Board is very particular about this. No smaller pulleys, no custom tuning.

With that being said, I have never been sure how a Smog test facility would be able to determine what actual tune is in your PCM. They can examine your parts, they can measure your pulleys, they can test your emissions...but has anyone ever seen them actually verify where a tune file came from?
Awesome!! Is there any paper on this so we can keep I'm handy or a badge or something of that sort ?

The Air Resources Board will put the Executive Order (E.O.) up on their website, and soon afterward we will have CARB E.O. stickers that those people that purchased the 4TF218-014L Complete System can call us up (with their supercharger serial # for verification) and get a CARB sticker mailed to them. We don't have the stickers yet though...even though we've passed, we still have to wait on the Board before we can get them printed.

If you purchased the complete kit (4TF218-014L) that has the Vortech calibration, you're good.

Just wondering if anyone has any feedback on this tune itself.

I.e. Assuming no carb worries is it worth a damn?

Thanks
