That must be why I couldn't get my extension through. I was trying to use the thicker 3/8 socket extension. I don't have a 1/4 extension so I guess I'll go to Harbor Freight. I'm guessing I'll need a 1/4 deep socket since the adapter (3/8 to 1/4) probably makes the elbow thing hit the pipe.
