Really? Show me 1 honda that isn't a franken motor that is fast with the motor that came from the factory with it?? That's all I am saying. People are complaining because it's not the fa20, it is still a GT86, and IMO an EG with a k24 frank or a built b18 is still an EG. I wasn't trying to diss honda's or anything like that, and chris miller has a B18 in an EG, so that is swapped..and according 1/2 the haters in this thread it doesn't count

that car should be easy to handle on the street...if you stay out of boost. That dyno plot looked insane. In for seeing that drag on the stock tires...

Thanks for all the replies guys, both the negative and positive ones. I do understand all the frustration on the engine swap. Well, it is EKR's vision of building the perfect 86, perfect sleeper, perfect dyno deamon and perfect drag nights beast. Many tuners build extreme machines (i.e. UGR Gellardos & AMS GTRs) and for EKR to place the 86 among them is considered a great achievement frankly!

I agree, I like this build. I would contemplate dropping in a 2jz in the future, but it will be long in the future. I already promised my wife a newer house after the turbo, so no engine swaps lol

Sweet, one step closer to being more Toyota. Good thing they ditched the FA (Fragile Ass)20 engine.

@Bahraini86 Its a badass build extra clean, engine bay and all.
This is the build that has the factory cluster, and all the stock electronics integrated, right? Anywho I approve. On an off note @NomoreNA Is is SEMA yet!? What do we have three weeks?I've been highly anticipating your build specs. Seems like forever. You've got a monster FA20. If you let me in on some details I promise not to tell SEMA.

Sick build.
Wondering how it handles with that 2JZ up front...any plans to take it to the Bahrain F1 circuit? Also wondering how much $$$ it would take to duplicate that car...
