The fifth time I got a hold of one of the guys and he shrugged me off saying that they were booked until Monday the 14th. I then proceeded to set up the appointment,he then told me that on top of the 225 for the corner balance there would be an additional charge of 25 dollars. I asked him why and he gave me the excuse that every car that needs a camber adjustment gets charged that price. My issue on top of the fact that it took five calls to reach someone was the fact that this thread says that it is 225 and they know the car needs a camber adjustment and they still list it at 225. I ended up having to get the car corner balanced and aligned at raceline(they did a great job by the way). I really wish that they would have had better customer service.
I want to do business with you guys, but this kind of impression really pushes me away.
That sucks that you had that type of experience. I know most people including myself have had nothing but great experiences with Evasive. So that does seem out of character for them. I believe you had that experience. I'm wondering if it was just a super bad/hard/busy day for them. And maybe Kathy wasn't there to answer the calls (sick?).

Anyways, give them another shot and try to talk to them about the pricing. If they're still a bad experience for you, definitely take your business to a place that you'll get the service you like. :-)

Sorry about that @ric342 our phones get a little crazy and we only have four lines to our office and try our best to answer every call. If you need help in the future ask for Randy. I can help you the best I can. Also we are booked up 2 weeks in advance right now. But if we are booked up that is pretty much it till we can put you in or someone cancel. We charge $225 for corner balance and alignment. But if you have camber arms in the front or rear we do charge a extra $25. Shoot me a pm or email if you have any ? Randy@evasivemotorsports.com

-Randy

That is one sexy green color for the FR-S!

Reminds me of Green on a Ferrari. So original looking and sexy.

I couldn't have come across this thread at a more crucial time! Looking to install some lowering springs (probably TEINs) on my 10 Series in the next month or so & based on your prices, this will more than likely be my go-to shop!
