It is one of their sponsored drivers. It's no one in the regular public. I haven't talked to them in a few weeks since I got my exhaust so I am not sure what they are working on. The last thing I heard was John still was doing final revisions on the header. We've all heard that one a million times though. I'm really not sure at this point.

Strut bar is coming soon, that beefy one with the awesome mounting screws.

P.S. Going on month 3 now for my JDL header. Wonder if this will release before I get mine.

i highly doubt this will release before you get your JDL. At least JDL is shipping things out frequently now. They have been active in their own thread lately =x

The real question is... will this be out befor a certain engine rebuild gets finished.

I just talked to Jason at lunch time. I was ordering something and casually asked about the headers. He said they are "right around the corner", everything is falling into place. They have a design that will fit without any of those crazy mods while still achieving good numbers. Hold on boys n girls, the bus is almost in the station.

I get it. Message boards can quickly turn into a mess, especially in a case like this. They've taken quite a bit of flack (though warranted) here because being optimistic with release dates and such, so why not avoid that by waiting until they're ready to announce something solid. I see no problem with them staying away for a while.

"Just finalized [the headers] too - we have a lot of irons in the fire here. You'll be glad you waited on the headers - they're factory fit and work with all OEM components and make the same power as the prototypes that required replacement of the radiator fans, shrouds, airbox and coolant reservoir."
