Thanks. Well axles and cv joints installed now. Could not go to the track last sat due to all the dumb rain. Maybe this weekend I might try. New plans for my car is fully built motor with bottom end 10:1 comp and heads done. Feb i go on a 9 month deployment. So while i'm gone i can get started on that build since this is my DD car. I can say this these motors are alot stronger then people say. If your tune is right. I've been driving this car every day to work and i beat on it. I have put 8k on the engine since the turbo. Running 16psi 470@wheels. This efr turbo is not at its happy spot either. It does not get crazy until it gets into the 20psi range. 55psi is max flow on this turbo but my plans are to run 27psi. My goal was to get 600 but im a little greedy lol. So will see how much hp this turbo can push out on a built motor. I was surprised it did 470hp@16psi. But when you lower the comp to 10:1 have to turn the boost up some to get more hp. Hopefully while i'm on deployment some cams will come out. A cam will make my car sound more aggressive with my 3inch exhaust.

You need videos of you just boosting down highways and fly byes and drive aways.. Give the people what the want! LOL jk I love this build.. Wish I lived local to all you high hp guys.. Still awaiting downpipes for my PTuning turbo kit so in the mean time I'll stalk this thread haha

I hear you on that.. IMO a 12 second car on the track is fast on the highway let alone a 10 second one. Hope you achieve your goals! We all do lol I have still yet to feel 300 to 350 but I'm sure like anything else all I'll want is MOARR

This car does not wake up until 400hp+. You will think u are fast with 300 until u race a camaro or gt mustang with a cam bolt ons and get beat. But if u stay in your class you be fine.

I think this car feels fantastic with 300 to 350 wheel. With that said 400+ is a ball, but traction is a major issue and real sticky tires are a must, plus some other odds and ends. But all local 1/4 mile tracks closed for the MAC event this weekend.

I may be mistaken, but turbo cams won't make the car sound more aggressive.
Turbo cams usually have less overlap (which is what makes cars sound aggressive) so they tend to sound very mellow at idle. Quote:

Well I tried. Now the dumb track closed due to being to cold. Had plan on going today. Guess i'll have to wait until next year when I get back from deployment. Wanted to run a 11's or maybe a 10'9 on a stock motor. Hopefully with a built motor should be well into the 10's pushing over 550whp next year.
