No you do not. But I would add more screws for support if you don't use them. I've raced mine on track over 100mph plenty of times, dived into corners ect and no problems! Definitely keeps the front end down.

Yes. There are a few that have it under the five axis kit. The splitters do not come pre drilled so you can mate it to what ever lip you want If you so desire. They do come with all hardware needed to install though. Just up to you to make the holes.
