Jeremy is awesome. After a few PM's back and forth, managed to get me squared away on suspension components I wanted at a pretty competitive price.

The same day I sent payment on my paypal invoice, shipping information provided and the goodies will be here by the end of the week.

So I was bored at work, on the forums and looking at car parts as usual, and I decided I wanted to order a drop-in filter. I end up on @FT-86 SpeedFactory and order a Blitz filter. I get the confirmation emails as expected, but literally 11 minutes later I get a tracking number and expected delivery date!!!

I know it's a small package and something that they just have to grab off the shelf, but I have never received a tracking number so quickly.

As a first time customer of the website, it's little things like this that make for a great customer service experience and will keep me coming back

You got lucky.

Your order came in as I was literally about to close down the UPS computer for the day. Saw it, snagged the filter, and tossed it to the UPS guy as he backed up for today's shipments. We do our best to make sure things go out as quick as possible. I may have forgot laffy taffy in your box though....

Haha awesome and I get free candy! Although I never want to be that guy and be a last minute customer .

Not a problem, I was already finishing up shipping so it was super simple to add yours to the stack.
