Take country roads ( thinking throughManotick and Merrickville) to Kingston.

Lunch at the Boston Pizza (at outletmall)

Possible photo session at Old FortHenry.

Cruise back to Ottawa through SharbotLake.

SHOULD BE A FUN DAY!!!!!!!

It sounds like the Kingston meet is a no go. Not enough people were able to make it out. If you're up for a twisty backroads blast some weekend, shoot me a PM. I'll see if I can get any of the Belleville folks to join in. We could meet in Napanee and head North on a loop that would bring us back down 38 into Kingston. Need more info? Just look at my avatar...

Roddy and DM7 will be cruising up to perth this saturday to join 14 other FRS/BRZ's coming in from Montreal and Ottawa. There will be a meet and greet along with lunch at Fiddleheads followed by a cruise down the 511 to Calabogie for some pics and then off for another drive along the 508 to the dam in Arnprior area for some more pics. This cruise is happening rain or shine and promises to be alot of fun. If interested please confirm with Roddy on a meeting point for your cruise to Perth. Hope to see you out.

We will be leaving the Tim Horton's at 1166 Division St (near Division and Dalton Ave) at about 10 AM Saturday. If anyone from the Belleville/Trenton area is reading this, we will be meeting at 8:45AM at the Tim Horton's next to Reid's Dairy on Bell Blvd in Belleville. 13 cars total, would have been more if it was a Sunday(lesson learned). 60 km's between Perth and Calabogie and not one slower car in our path which made for spirited driving. same thing between Calabogie and The mountain chute dam. Even the OPP in Perth didn't give us tickets for parking illegally. It was a great way to end the summer driving season, well for me anyway. Hope you can make it out next spring.
