From the looks of your picture, the camera position wasn't centered on centerline of the car.

Good eye, they are asymmetrical. Look top down on each side of the mirrors and you will see the pass. mirror angled towards the car more.

Yeah you're right, the Aoshima model has symmetric mirrors (not sure what I was smoking when I thought they were different). Wonder if any models catch this detail.

Wow, props for noticing this! What an awesome detail. I have no idea how I never noticed this...my phone's background image is this pic, and now that you've pointed it out, the difference is very clear! Although of course, this one is flipped, because it's RHD

That is definitely odd.

This reminded up me of the body lines thread and how a few things didn't line up. Just another one of those weird things I guess.

1)The door line doesn't line up with the 3rd window
2)The door and corner of the A pillar doesn't line up with the fender nor the 86 fender insert

Not really... I was too busy noticing that the wheels don't turn at the same speed (don't ask how I can drive and see all four wheels...)
