Haha, those are the guys who did my install, but are keeping their coolant mix under wraps from me.

Nah, they helped Sprintex tune and create the base maps for the kit on the prototype. So i know they know their way arround the kit.

I'm talking to Sprintex monday to get get the mixture. It's not a big deal as they top is up on request no problems.

I thought Evans had a higher viscosity then water. Are you worried about possible problems with the pump?

Cleared the three identical codes and it hasn't tripped again. Maybe a fluke?
We leave the DTC on unless the customer specifically tells us to remove it. Oregon emissions requires the code to be active in the EMS so if you are catless or running a high flow cat it's best to do a physical fix on the o2 sensor to disable the code.

You could say that, however the noise is considerably louder now, can even hear it in the car. Might be down to removing the bonnet sound deadening, and the sound tube hole isn't plugged in the firewall. Last one is easy to test.

Hi All,

I've had my SC installed for a few months now, all in all a great upgrade.

I do notice there is a torque dip or even "lag" below 2k rpm. this makes for an unsmooth ride during low speed start / stop traffic.

once above 2500 it races to redline and perfectly smooth.

any ideas on how to troubleshoot / solve this?

my mods;
nameless headerback with hiflow cat + resonance
Innovate SC
OEM pully

I got my supercharger yesterday and getting ready to install it this week. I wanted to get some opinions on catch cans. Some say you shouldn't run FI without one. Other Prius haters just vent to atmosphere. Some say this isn't a good solution either. Could I just get some opinions from people that have this charger?
