I got a tentative launch calender for 2013 Scions. It looks like the first sales date should be in late April. I'll email you again when I get more info.

That puts it on schedule with the BRZ on sale date of May. That is, if the April date is the "early" first86 sale date.

Hi WheelAddict,

This registry is for folks who were chosen to be part of the First 86 program from Scion. Since I'm pretty sure that program wasn't available in Canada, I'm guessing you just have a deposit down, and aren't part of the First 86 program.

Any news on adding any other options? besides choosing color and transmission, I am wondering if fog lights can be added? Scion site says "work with your dealer to personalize your FR-S as accessories become available closer to the FR-S on sale date", anyone had any luck or any news on any other options available?

Any information on the release price yet? Or possible accessories or add-on parts? Also was wondering if there will be any kind of special deal that we will get for being one of the first 86? Obviously a price break would be amazing (but unlikely), but more something like the release series. A plaque on the back or inside maybe? Just wondering... Please send me any information you get.. With Scion they'll all be priced the same. I'm told they'll have a bunch of accessories and options. It's too early to tell yet, the info is still flowing in. They might number them, but I'm not sure.

If you think about 86 cars, that is such a small number. In fact with there being 50 states and Connecticut being a small state, you'll be the only one in Ct with one for a couple months.
As soon as I hear anything more, I'll let you know.

So far being as vague as possible, but only because scion is keeping everything hush-hush I guess.
