I always like this question because theres so many factors here.
Lets start by looking at the question, "easiest color to keep looking clean". This means, not actually clean, but just appearance wise. Therefore, the easiest color would be the least reflective, as dirt is most visible by decreasing the reflectivity of the clear coat and paint sitting beneath it. Therefore, white would be easiest as it almost never looks particularly shiny. This doesnt mean it doesnt get dirty, and dirt is contamination on the paint which can lead to faster degredation of the clear coat. The more dirt there is on the paint, the more accelerated the wear on the paint becomes and will fail faster than paint kept clean for the same duration. These cars are aesthetically beautiful because of the way the light reflects off the curves of the car. Both negative and positive light convergence to highlight the curves or accent the panels. The higher the reflectivity, the more organic, flowing, and true the car is to the designers original intent. Thus, highly polished black is the most reflective/mirror like finish that will accomplish this. A beautiful example was the unveiling of the Alfa Romeo 8C which was finished in the most perfectly polished black ive ever seen. If only women looked as good as that car....

Darker colours contrast more with reflexions like Grishbok says. So light matte colors shouldn't show as much dirt as dark metallic colours IMO. Personnally, I wonder between red and silver how big or small the difference is between their ability to "hide" dirt/grime. I feel as if silver would hide it better. What about you guys?

I don't know which one is easiest, but I know which one it's not. See avatar...

White and silver <- Owned both of these and can vouch for what others are saying about their ability to stay looking clean.
BTW, I have the DGM BRZ and I love it; however, I regret getting white from time to time... Mostly for the dirt reasons you're asking about!

White and Silver. The worst are any darker colors - black, gray, dark blue, etc..

White is the best color, I hardly see any swirls or smudge on them.

I had a dark grey car before my black fr-s and it was easy to keep clean looking. The FR-S not so much.
