FullBlown base kit, FullBlown built 9.5:1 engine, GTX3076R GEN2 turbo, 1700cc Bosch injectors, FullBlown flex fuel kit, FullBlown radiator and oil cooler, FullBlown custom 3" dual exit exhaust, act xtreme clutch, whiteline diff and subframe inserts, BC Racing coilovers, hotchkiss 18mm rear sway, is300 3.73 differential ... Never finished

What happened though? The drain is broke and did the coolant lines fall off or something?

Just coolant leak
I was losing coolant and i was worry but i didnt see any residue as the leak was spraying it to the block

It happened because no heat protective wrap. Where the heck is the provided thremal wrap that is supposed to be safety wired to those hoses? Mine came with it, but I will have to check my coolant lines now after seeing this.

One line had it but it was all wet and the other line didnt have it

I think whats causing the issue is that the sleeve is pinching the hose making it leak

Which hose did you take a picture of? That hose looks like it got to hot to me and melted. Doubtful that the sleeve caused it. My guess would be that the banjo bolt wasn't tight enough or a crush washer is missing if there is just a small leak.
