Once you have reloaded your original ROM file, the tune is completely untraceable by any dealer

I know you guys said the ETA for e85 is a few weeks out, now that the tablets are shipping/shipped, what type of timeline do you forsee for these tunes being available? I have a dyno session scheduled for next month and wanted to see if I should reschedule for a later date.

Thanks

With the TIR table from the latest Toyota flash, would you say this tune is safe to run for 30 min sessions at the track, with no cooling mods? Any detonation issues with higher temperatures over extended periods of time?

Absolutely. RehabJeff just tested our Stg 1 map earlier this week at a 2 day event at Laguna Seca. The was also 3+ seconds faster than he was with his previous Ecutek tune

@Shiv... What kind of snarling, mad accellerating beast have you unearthed in my car man? That second half of the RPM band is strong! Would a CAI combined with the "Air raid" tune ruin any of the low end gains?

lol.. that's just what good VVT mapping does for the engine! The new sound is really addicting. I would only recommend running the Air Raid tune if you have the Air Raid intake since it is calibrated to account for the MAF sensor response curve that is unique to that intake. All CAIs will have different response curves. So until I have a map for the CAI that you want to install, it's best to just run the stock airbox map. It may run a little rich at high RPM but that's better than running too lean. Of course, when datalogging is enabled, you can always dial it in yourself (or take it to a dyno shop). Very simple process.

Can somebody please clarify if you guys offer custom tuning with the Open Flash? I'm looking at the 6 month support option - does this support custom remote tunes?
