excuse me if this is a silly question but what does WR (blue) stand for? From reading previous threads it looks like there is 2 blues? I thought it was originally called plasma blue or something.

World Rally Blue, I've also seen WRC Blue (World Rally Championship Blue) but I'm not sure which is the actual color name.

World Rally Blue. The other is Galaxy Blue Silica, which is much darker.

WR = World Rally.

There are two blues. Plasma blue is much darker, a Navy like color. Known by "Ultramarine" on the Scion side.

Just an FYI. The color is not that dark in reality, the bright background in that shot has that pic underexposed in the foreground. I wish it were that shade of blue in reality

Plasma blue is really blurple and not used on these cars. Galaxy blue silica is the other blue and it's slightly less blurple but still too blurple for m tastes.

I love the darkness of the blue in that pic, but based on the other pictures I've seen I'm gonna have to agree that it will be lighter in person.

The Dark Grey is exactly the shade I wanted! Can't wait, at 6'2, if I don't fit in this then I am ripping out the front seats and sitting in the back, lol!

As the owner of a Ren. Red. (3L2) Toyota I completely agree with the first part of this post.

Personally, my car is still very vibrant after all of these years so it's possible it's all in the care of the vehicle...or Toyota wised up and put protective clear on in later years.

My problem with red is it's a ticket magnet... red cars grab attention!

Agreed. I love that shade. I made an effort to make sure the pics I took matched the color under the inside lighting in Detroit (as much as I could with just the camera LCD anyways).

That's been my concern with the blue, it's lighter than I prefer which is why I can't decide between it and the dark gray yet. If it were in the shade shown in that pic it wouldn't even be a contest
