I spent the day detailing it - makes it a little harder to sell!

The 911 is pretty much my dream car ... and has been since I knew it existed :P
That being said, i'm very interested in something like this. Couple questions though ... Is it really a good idea to trade a 6 month old car for a decade old one? Also ... is this trade option possible if the car is financed, and there is still a balance? How would that work? I'm tempted to begin negotiation. |

To OP: Awesome Porsche. I've owned some P cars in the past. Have you driven an FRS or BRZ? A P-car and a FRS are 2 different vehicles. The FRS doesn't exude a certain build quality like the P car. Your P car is a classic. If you're looking for a wonderful handling light weight car that you can romp ... then the FRS is it. If it was me ... I would keep the porsche. Good luck either way.

I'm not sure I can answer your first question. You lose a warrenty, and cheap parts/service. You gain what is in the pictures, and a ton of performance. It has had one failure in the 2.5 years I've owned it - a CEL for a coil pac going bad, so it's pretty reliable. Then again, tires, oil changes, etc. have cost a good bit more than an FRS. Your car would have to be paid off to do this. Financing an older car can be tough. |
