Stock Auto VS Visconti dyno tuned flex fuel with intake & exhaust vs me 100% stock other than vortech + 3.125" pulley (with stock snorkel etc) + 540cc injectors & pump fa20club flex fuel kit. All stock exhaust etc.

I will be scheduling to go back for further testing & to get a plot where we actually take the car to redline. (which isn't a huge deal but hey i want some bragging rights!). I will see about hitting a dynojet once it cools down a bit as well as its hard to find any time when its below 100F out here in Phoenix. Hopefully on the Maha I will tap ~320WHP on pure E85 when I go back! Hopefully I will have time here soon to compare the 3.48 vs 3.33 vs 3.125, i have plots on multiple fuels on 3.48, and will be going back to 91 octane for a new comparison on the 3.33 & 3.125 later.

I will later be posting my innovate vs vortech comparison results once we get on the dyno a few more times & i get the original plots.

And a HUGE thanks to @FA20Club.com for flying out to Phoenix for two days to get these cars dialed in.

He had a great time out there

@Brian@Vortech, what is the the next logical blower to turn the engine RPM's to 9000 and make around 400whp? Is it possible to have an upgrade option?

why 9k RPMs? where'd that number come from? do you have some cams that make power up that high?

IDK. I just have this dream of making a super high revving screamer. This is all long term stuff for me. So while there might not be certain things available right now to make it all jive, by the time I can afford to do it, there's a good chance it will be.

I may hit 400whp on a dynojet with my new header an update on my tune. on the stock blower at 7400 rpm

not sure if you saw this post by evasive about DI limitations at that RPM:

Mostly what you see is the oem exhaust restrictions.

I did not. Interesting.

So then the question is, can we get a bigger blower to say 16 psi at redline?

For people that reach the maximum of what the V-3 can support, we now have an H/D oil fed version that can be upgraded to. The H/D unit can be spun quite a bit higher, and (to my knowledge) no one has been able to max it out yet. So, depending on your goals...you probably won't have to spin the engine up to 9K to hit your target horsepower, as long as the corresponding exhaust modifications are also included in your build plans. However, anything that spins the compressor faster will make more boost...so revving the engine to a higher rpm can be used in lieu of, or in combination with, different pulley combinations to reach the intended target power and/or boost.

O I am going to put this new unit to the test very soon!

Price and is it a direct swap (not counting the oil feed lines)
