They are both expensive for their purpose... Stock plastic cap for the win! (< even though it is hideous)

Since you're obviously representing FarEastAuto here (every one of your posts links to a product of theirs), let me give you a piece of friendly advice.

If you have a great product that you're proud of and with a dedication to customer service, register as a vendor (to comply with the community rules) and just be honest with your customers.

What you're doing here seems intentionally deceptive and misleading to me. Maybe I'm the only one that feels that way, though.

Always fun to see someone else's take on a special edition oil cap.

Because of its uniqueness is the reason I bought mine. I love it.

I don't think they're arguing that. Just showing off a different oil cap.

Although Grimmspeed pointed out that it seems like this member is actually a vendor, just being very sneaky about it. That isn't cool.

We offer the cap the OP posted for $60 shipped. Hit us up if you're interested...here's the thread we posted in member's classifieds earlier (we weren't planning on selling these commercially, but there's a demand!)
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46312
It's available in both the black we posted, and the silver the OP posted!

Oh My My ! What have I done ! I"m sorry I should not have picked on Grimmspeed (makes great products). I didn't mean to upset you. I have mentioned fareast auto because they make some unique products which I have bought myself.
In the future I will spread my affection around maybe even grimmspeed

Haha, I think you misinterpreted my comments. You haven't offended me at all! I'm very happy with how our cap turned out and in fact, I prefer it to the one that you've posted. Of course, it's probably fair to assume that both keep oil from spilling out your fill tube, so to say that one is better than the other isn't entirely accurate.

Unless of course you're talking about how hot an aluminum oil cap can get. Being that yours is 'beefier', it has an inherently higher capacity to store heat. So if ensuring that your oil cap is nice and toasty for as long as possible after shutting your car off, you've certainly got us beat!

Carry on, no need to spread affection and best of luck to you and that shiny oil cap of yours!

My inability to respond with this type of brilliant subtlety is why Id never excel at customer service. That post was a good one, Matt.
