That is a great idea. I think once we have a solid date and time we will let the rest of the region know and hopefully some will be able to join us.

I might stop by M&M tonight and see the new addition to the family. I believe his name is "Turbo."

Any weekend is good for me if I know in advance, though a Saturday would be better than Sunday. The 511/508 are decent roads, and like Slick said, curvy enough to be fun without going too fast. If you want the really twisty stuff, we'd have to go further West and hit up the 509 (the road in my avatar), and Desert Lake Rd. As for lunch/dinner, there is a little roadside place off the 508, or a really nice pub built in an old mill in Perth (iirc, it's called Fiddleheads). If we get any interest from the Kingston/Belleville area, I could lead a group up county rd 10 from Kingston and meet the main group in Perth.

Nope nothing in Ottawa this weekend! I did head down to Toronto this weekend and I figured I would check for racing events while I was here! Turns out pitl had an event going and I made it out there today. Looks like I got a top 10 overall time and top of class but I'll wait till results are in as I left with one run to go!

Also there were 10 frs/brz drivers out at this event.... Puts us to shame! I want to see more guys driving out!

Nice to meet Andrew, and see Vignesh out. ( the car sounds awesome BTW ) 5 of us out in total first time there were more BRZ's than FRS's. Is October 5th good with everyone? Think I might have driven by Chad on Saturday night around midnight in Barrhaven coming home from Greenfields.

I spotted an Asphalt FR-S Sunday @ Greenbank and Strandherd - he went south on Greenbank and I thought I saw it move to turn left into the Riocan shopping center, so I zipped in there off Strandherd to track it down lol I eventually saw it do a pass thru the parking lot I wasn't in and when I followed over it was gone again

I just wanted to say "Hi!" I'm sure they saw me at the lights before their turn too.

Just prior to that I saw that white xB with black hood, etc and we did the "wave" as we passed by

If the rain holds off this Friday I'll be out to M&M.

Too bad I missed it. Was gonna head out but around 8pm but the skies looking to the west end got eerily dark real fast so I stayed home. No rain?

Nice to meet you guys, it was fun. It didn't end up raining until 11 really from what I saw, was cold though. I'll definitely be going more often now instead of lurking.

I guess I'll stop lurking on the forums, haha. If anyone is driving around Kanata/Kanata South and see a WRB BRZ, that's me.
