I definitely would not use wrxgoose as an example of anything. His car has read 20hp higher than any car with every mod. I am talking 20hp for just exhaust, 20 more when he added an intake, 20 more after going FI. He is either one lucky SoB or his dynos read super high. Either way the numbers are an anomaly and should not be used for comparison purposes.

I hope I am not coming off as a ****. It's just silly reading 20 dynos with mods then wrxgoose comes with "Oh I am making way more hp than that with half the mods"

headers, header back exhaust, 525cc injectors, and the tune. And i can't remember bout the timing. sorry. maybe Jr will remember off hand.

Asked JR if he could make more power from her, but said that I'm limited by the pulley. So once i've got the clutch in, and the IC, going with the 66mm pulley.

There is no way to cut boost currently on the Innovate kit, so utiziling the AEM Failsafe output will be difficult, but that doesn't mean you can't still utilize the gauge features of flashing red to alert you. Also, the advantage of the gauge is that it datalogs the last 3 hours all the time. You don't have to bring your laptop with you to datalog. You can just wait till you get home then get your laptop and hook up to the gauge to download the last 3 hours of data. Hook up the RPM wire and now you have a great datalogging tool.

I posted this in the Innovate vs Vortech thread as well, but thought it would be useful here as well.

FWIW, here's a comparison of NA vs Innovate on my car.

Unfortunately for the Innovate kit we had to abort the dyno run early because the dyno operator thought that the car was running lean (We later discovered that the issue looks to have been with the dyno's tailpipe wideband. I'll be adding my own just to be safe.) As soon as my wideband arrives and is installed I will be rescheduling to redo the E85 Innovate runs, and do some 93 runs as well. The car appeared to be on track to make ~250rwhp though.

NA Mods: Nameless Overpipe/Downpipe/High-Flow Cat, Nameless Axleback, K&N Panel Filter
Fuel: E85
Tune: Visconti
Temp: 60F

Innovate Mods: Same as above + Innovate SC (stock 75mm pulley), DW65c Fuel Pump, DW700C injectors
Fuel: E85
Tune: @DeliciousTuning (First shot at the tune, no revisions as of yet.)
Temp: 80F

I think you need to. Just to clear up some things. If I was close than I'd be all over a run on that dyno just to see.

it was on a mustang trailer dyno. been meaning to get over there for shits and giggles, just to see how high it shows.

I know a lot of people think @wrxgoose has some kind of unicorn mobile, but JR has tuned a few Innovate kits and has hit a consistent 260-270whp on them. Not to take anything away from you goose lol. Jr has always been known for power so i'm really not surprised.

Maybe its the dyno's, but its consistent at least.

The latest dyno moto-mike posted was this one, 285whp on E85, 700cc injectors, stock pump. Not sure of the other mods but I'm assuming normal supporting mods.
