For what is readily available on the market for both kits, I'd probably go with the Innovate simply due to the shove you get at the lower RPMs (perfect for a daily IMO). Each kit has its strengths and weakness' though, so just flip a damn coin and boost your car already.

Also, the whine is in no way annoying. Its intoxicating.

Vortech runs on any fuel smoothly on street and on track without the need for meth or e85 to stay stable. Also comes as a complete kit including intercooler which means more overhead. Its easier to tune with more tuners, has a large support network including made in the USA and engineering here. Its been tested for 9 months on track and street.

You have more pulley options, oil fed option actual online presence from the vendor and it can make over 300HP with just pulley, pump injectors and no other mods. Innovate is not anywhere near this level and won't be for 6 months at least.

The same can be said about most turbo kits. Just my opinion if I didnt go innovate I would have went FA20club or Avo

I for one love the whine of a supercharger. I had an 03 Accord V6 that was supercharged. I know the Vortech has better top end power, but I cant get away from the whine. Here is an youtube clip of my Accord getting tuned/dynode with the supercharger. I believe the whine isn't as bad as my old Accord's supercharger.

Base Innovate: 3195
Base FA20Club:3500
Base Vortech: 4000

Vortech vs Innovate

Vortech vs FA20 Club

I can't see how vortech is a better option than the FA20Club, plus turbo will have even more headroom for power.

This thread is about Vortech or Innovate, superchargers not turbos.

I personally would choose a turbo over the centrifugal superchargers, even though they are a bit more complex. If I am going to get a supercharger I would choose the PD one, the instant torque is great.

Sorry, what I mean is if your goals are sub 250 hp the innovate kit is probably better for a street car. If you plan to go over 250 and/or track the car the vortech will be better but there are better ways to attain that goal of which I shall not speak.

Here is the thing on paper there is no comparison, its Vortech. Its a complete kit with intercooler for street and track and runs without drama in both venues on any fuel.
Until they intercool the Innovate its half baked.

Now real world Innovate tuned on 93 or E85 on the street feels great. The difference is all torque. But what it gains there it loses to the Vortech up top so really as you said a question of who you are.

I would think if you are dumpin over 4k you want a kit that will handle anything.

Completely agree, even when I am driving hard i still rarely shift above 6k, maybe 6.5k. Its all based on your goals and how you plan to use the car.

Also your video states that you had multiple head aches with the vortech kit and you wouldn't do it again. Why all of a sudden the change of heart?

You dont have to fearlessly defend the option you have bought so hard man. Different people like different things, some people like some punch down low, some people like something that can sing all the way to 8000 rpm. Shit some people would love to save 1000 bucks on the innovate and call it a day. It really is to each their own.... These are both great kits, you are going to have a blast with both of them.

That Vortech Innovate dyno posted above is alot closer than it looks too, there is only 10hp peak between the two. In base configuration the results are going to be very close consider low end advantage to innovate and top end to Vortech.

Really any of these 4000 dollar kits are going to make any person very happy.
