hahaha prove that they can force you to do it. And there are non-dealer shops that have Subaru trained technicians.

Subaru Calgary can't even get oil changes and tire rotations right. If they're that lazy and sloppy, who in their right mind would use them (not to mention the dishonest bogus charges like fake environmental fees). Besides which, ever tried to claim something under warranty from Subaru Calgary, or looked at what the warranty actually covers? Good luck with that. Unless you work there, that is, which I assume you do.

If a shop causes a problem they have to warranty it. If the shop doesn't cause the problem and it's a real warranty issue, then Subaru still has to honor the warranty.
