Ah thanks! You're right. When I opened it up I knew I needed more than one, so when I ordered them from the dealership and was quoted less than a buck each I excitedly ordered a few just in case. I went off my erroneous memory after I installed the screws needed. I appreciate the correction!

I ordered mine from www.japanparts.com, they shipped very quickly and price was good. Not sure if it's better or worse than Nigel, just another option for you.

Do you have the part numbers for the Speaker Grill and the Grill Rings? Will need them for both sides :happy0180:

The japanparts site has the part numbers; there's a 'kit' under Subaru interior (other) that has all three pieces, and lists the part numbers for each.

I just ordered these from Toyota. Much easier since they are standard on the 2014's now.

Take off the long, narrow trim piece between the passsenger side inboard knee pad and the footwell (It's 3" tall, maybe 12" long, goes from the center console forward, right below the molded "kneepad" piece)

Reach behind the start button trim piece, and pop out the USB/Aux ports. It's a single rectangular assembly, and it pops out if you push it from behind. Once it pops out, pull it forward an inch or two, there's enough slack on the cable.

Now, stick your finger in the hole for the USB/Aux port, and just pull the whole trim piece out.

It took me 45 minutes of frustration following the DIY guides to figure it out, but once you know that trick, it's a piece of cake. I can have it apart in 10 seconds now.

Can you provide some info on that? Part numbers? Did you order them from your dealership or a website? Was the price lower than the JDM ones?

I've been thinking that I needed to wait til 2014 deliveries start in November to order the new parts from my dealership or a US parts website.

I'll give this a go this evening! I too have looked at the walk throughs and gave up after nearly 30 minutes scared that I'd eventually break something. Thanks!

Well I work for corporate, so I just ordered them from work. But they are now in the system here in Canada and can be ordered. In the USA I think they already had them input. Numbers below.

Door Panel Knee Pads:
(LH) SU003-04437
(RH) SU003-04436

Centre Console Knee Pads:
(LH) SU003-01920
(RH) SU003-01919

Speaker Grilles:
(LH) SU003-04433
(RH) SU003-04432

Speaker Grille Trim Rings:
(LH) SU003-03287
(RH) SU003-03286

Speaker Grille Screws (Required for Installation of Pads):
SU003-02917 (x6)

You need all of the above to complete installation...well, that is if you want both the console and the door pads for both sides...
