Any reason why? I ran Continental ExtremeContact DWS on my e36 and now this car... no complaints and I drive them in Chicago winters

I think the rim size basically comes down to your preference on how they look. As long as you don't go too radical, it should be fine. As for the summer tires, get the PSS's. If you were on a tighter budget I would recommend the Continental Extremecontact DW, as I am enjoying them now. I don't plan to drive my car in the snow, but I've heard good things about the Bridgestone Blizzaks.
