that is hideous, and actually decreases the usefulness of the interior. Why they even matched the fabric with that horrible eyesore is beyond me, WTF people...you pay for this and are happy with it? where is the quality? Craftsmanship? integration? this product lacks everything an OEM subsidiary should have ABOVE aftermarket parts.
Um what? Just remember we are only talking about armrests here...

Compared to the others this seems to be the best solution for our small interiors. It doesnt require holes drilled in the center, if I need to use the cup holders I can easily remove it without having anything in the way, it looks great, and it feels good as a place to rest my arm. Not sure how it decreases the usefulness of the interior or how it's an eyesore, but the quality, craftsmanship and "integration" is all right there.

The price point is probably too high for many people, but hey, different strokes for different folks.

I would have gotten this armrest even if it wasn't "JDM LABELED crap." It being TOM'S just makes it that much more awesome since it is an awesome company.

I just meant for the dollars spent, all you got was a really nice looking armrest. Whereas with the one I posted earlier, I got a great looking armrest, functional in the sense that I have storage hidden underneath the armrest and less than half the dollars you spent on your Tom's that is probably just as good of quality. Yes the one downside is you do have to drill holes, but it's worth the effort and looks completely stock when complete, unlike most aftermarket armrests

But your right, yours does look great and seems to be of excellent quality, with a nice little Tom's badge. And this one matches your taste, so all the power to you. It's the price that's got most everyone bent out of shape

Your armrest does look very clean! I don't really need any covered storage so that feature didn't matter much to me but that probably was a big concern for a lot of people since this car basically has none.

This TOM'S one looks well built but looks like there is a lot of wasted space. They could have built a change holder into the front of it if functionality is your thing.

The carsmo one does seem like the most functional one as in storage space, arm support, and cup holder functionally. But when I saw the pic of the subway cups in the cup holders with the armrest it seemed like the cups still got in the way

Care to point me to where I can get that Toyota factory armrest for half the cost? I'd appreciate it.

I think overall the TOM'S build quality and match of the interior is above all. The density of the plastic resin is so heavy it can knock someone out - its like a brick. But if people hate it due to the price or how the foam may show underneath then that is their own opinion - everyone has their own opinion - that is what makes America great. Just there is no need to bash the guy that loves his TOM'S and paid up to play. TOM'S is TOM'S - it will always be exclusive and pricey.
SO, I have only 1 left ballers. This is 1 out of 3 in the whole US of A! Who wants it and has the mullah for it? I feel like a crack dealer selling to crack addicts. LOL.

I bought mine from another forum member who had second thoughts on drilling the holes. There was a groupbuy at one time on this here, but couldn't tell you now. They seem to be hard to find

Your right! To each their own. And if someone wants to blow a $1000 on an armrest, then all the power to them

btw did you sell all three armrests and were they stamped 1 through 3 ? Or were they just a limited quantity to US

Yeah, I missed that groupbuy. Or decided to wait and see if something better and cheaper came along. Sad to say, I lost that bet.

I guess I'll hold off a little longer to see if anyone else comes out with something as good or cheaper. If not, I guess I can do some searching.

I didn't see any numbering on the armrest, I think it's just the three sent to America
