This car IS as popular as we thought, just because they don't sell in specific regions doesn't mean nobody wants them. Toyota and Subaru should take notice and scale back shipments of these cars to the regions that they don't sell well in.

They should stop sending them over until they all get sold. LOL

There were 3 dealers (two Scion, one Subaru) in CT I tried to work with when the cars were hard to find...they were completely selfish with mark-ups and poor customer service...both 'ships have over 5+ on the lot right now while the other dealers are still holding only 2 or so on the lot which rotate quckly. It makes me laugh...I doubt anyone refers them (exactly the opposite from me) so they're stuck with the inventory b/c of their shit attitudes and practices.

It has a lot to do also with the fact that we can go to Auburn, Lagrange, and Atlanta to get way better deals on just about any car. Usually the cars here are marked up since Ft. Benning is right next to us.

When I got mine, I asked the salesman how many FRS's they had moved and he said they sold more FRS's this year than what they usually sell of all of the rest of the Scion line put together. That being said, there has been a Hot Lava with the TRD exhaust sitting on the lot for a few months now.

3,440 listed on cars.com right now. When I was shopping a couple months ago it was well under 1,000.
Proud to say that the local dealer only has the #5 most expensive FRS and not #1-3.

My local dealer has been selling them at MSRP but they've still had 4 that haven't moved for like 5 months.

How does 15 compare to other makes/models they have on the lot? For instance if they have 50 different Camrys and another 40 Corollas then 15 is actually not a high number of available cars for that dealer. They stock high so they don't have to order cars, because they stock high they probably get a discount, allowing them to be cheaper during model end when sales numbers matter. *2 cents*

When I bought my frs from Longo Scion in El Monte, ca. They had 29 frs's sitting on the lot. They have reduced the prices alittle now and are throwing in a free ipad mini with a purchase or lease LOL
