Rallysportdirect sells the disconnect tool for fairly cheap, I got one in prep for my S/C install, works like a charm. http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Comp...isconnect-Tool Helped immensely, I just added it to an order of some other things I was getting ahead of time so I wasn't paying the shipping on a 2oz piece of molded plastic. OP: I found that a few pieces of thin foam (like the ones used to line tool box drawers) placed over the fenders do a great job of keeping you from accidentally dinging your paint by dropping a tool or part. Also, an overturned cardboard box is a handy place to keep nuts and bolts, because you can stick them into the cardboard and label on the box with a sharpie so you know where each one goes. |

Also I find spray silicone lubricant comes in very handy in lots of little situations. I prefer to use this over wd40 ect... for seals, hoses and such.

V-tuning and any of their products will never be anywhere near the cars I work on. I'm trying to avoid being viscontifried.
OK let's not allow that thread to spillover in here.

I'm thinking about installing a sprinkler system in the cabin and engine bay just in case.

Very interested to see your #'s with the 57 trim. I am leaning 60 trim (if I could ever get enough $ saved lol) but I want a little more torque. What are you hoping to make? I am trying to aim for 300whp and 240tq. Just enough to walk away from all the wrx's and g37's in my neck of the woods. I figure ill need a bunch of supporting mods unless I roll with a bigger turbo or higher boost, which I'd rather avoid. @lexusb3 had great results on 5.3psi
Good luck with the install btw, hope its smooth sailing for ya bro |
