Agency Power ?

?
[ Anybody know of or have any experience with the Agency Power options for this platform? I was thinking about doing a Header, Over/ Front pipe, Cat back Exhaust combo for my BRZ. Any info would be appreciated ]

I would spend a little more and go with nameless header back and either a p&l header or fa20club maybe the nameless header if it ever comes out. They are a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. They also have dyno proven results agency power does not.

There was a lot of bullshit being thrown around about a year ago, the end result of it was you're better off with pretty much anything else.

Avoid Agency Power....they have been known scam artists in the past...several people who ordered from them waited months for their exhausts to show up and when they finally did the quality was shit...

AP is great if you want to add a bunch of parts that won't really help your car at all and isn't that well made

If I had cash I would go JDL Headers and full 3" Perrin Exhaust

FYI A couple of the tuners on this board have tried to tune AP header and made ZERO power at all. In AP original dyno thread I remember they trying to convice us that their light weight pulley made 12whp so if you want to believe them go ahead

I dont get the tie to one company mentality. What does it matter if the header and the the rest of the exhaust are made by two different people. I would take a hand built header from the US over any mass produced header that is available right now it will cost you more upfront but be totally worth it. If you want to go cheap get a revworks header but p&l, fa20club, and jdl are in a different league.

Do what these guys say. Dont buy any agency power stuff. I want to be the only person that has a agency power muffler without problems. Help my car stay a special snowflake.

but on a serious note. Get something with proven gains.

Avoid @vividracing and Agency power at all costs. There dyno threads are full of crap and they were called out multiple times and they avoided it by claiming something happened to the person posting on these forums.

Theyve changed posters like 5+ times to avoid answering the people calling them out on there false claims. For example lot of people were wondering if our cars could hit 200 whp with bolt ons I/H/E and they release there parts and had there dynos read 200 whp for the sake of sales. People called them out on it and they would say someone is sick or left the company to avoid answering such questions.

Owners of there parts had a dyno done on it and they werent even close to what the dyno's they provided us showed. There dynos showed a gain across the whole graph with like 11-12 WHP gained at the peak but when the customers dyno'd they only had like 3-4 whp gained at the peak only whereas the rest stayed the same as stock.

Theres also lots of people who posted problems with fitment of there exhausts or cracking and they didnt even give them a refund or anything. They basically told them tough luck. Not surprising coming from them as one poster even said in other forums its been proved that they make there parts in Taiwan or China for VERY CHEAP as someone who use to work for them exposed them with pictures of stuff like that. Your honestly better off buying Megan parts for this car for 1/4 the price. There quality is what you would expect from a company that makes knock offs for dirt cheap and try to pass them off as high end parts for the same price as other companies like Perrin. They were caught lying too about saying they make there parts here in the U.S. by the person posting when there site even says that they have them made over seas.

Avoid Vivid/AP at all costs. They are the same company and they are known to rip people off with parts that are crap. They are banned on most major Subaru forums. Why they havent on these forums after the whole dyno fiasco is beyond me.
