Help!-agency power exhaust

I just had my agency power catback exhaust installed today and the length of my tips are majorly different, inches!!!! The shop that installed the exhaust said that they could not get the tips to match because of the bolt on system. I think they look horrible with how uneven they are. Has anyone else ran into this problem??

Vivid Racing is definitely not the only company that sells Agency Power products, but I know I wouldn't buy any of them. I do find it hard to believe that with the exhaust properly installed that the tips are multiple inches off as the OP states.

Dose toes. Looks like it is less than an inch off to me. Might require bending of some of the muffler hangers to fix it.

If it's like any other exhausts, get someone to hold the muffler in the right place with all the flanges loosely bolted together, than tighten them down with the muffler where it should be. It's definitely a two person job.

Vivid racing is a sales division of Agency Power.

pics of exhaust underneith the car? I understand AP's reputation but maybe we should not assume that the exhaust shop wasn't at fault or also at fault. Maybe they did a shite job installing it?

Just speculating here.

It's a common installation error. It's recommended to have 2 people do the install. As a common rule, its best to start closest to the engine and work your way back tightening the components one at a time. From the pics it looks like it will have to be re adjusted. Loosen all the components and adjust it to where they become straight. Take some time to adjust them properly. Let me know if you have any other issues.

That is an installer error. I have seen it before on multiple cars. Have the shop loosen the exhaust completely in every bolting point and move from the front to the rear as stated by Jacky from Vivid. Should take care of the issue. This is a classic amateur mistake. Good luck!
