This is really frustrating. The next round of allocations, and my BRZ is still not in. The most frustrating part is that they don’t give me any specific indication when. Some people wrote about being told a delivery month way ahead. Just wondering if that was just guessing of the dealer or any solid information. I called Subaru corporate number (Customer Service), but they don’t seem to know anything more than the dealers. Couldn’t Subaru have better information about their production schedule?
I’m wondering if the problem is with my specific configuration (WRB Limited, Auto), or the location (NY State), or anything else. I could get my configuration from another dealer (at least 200 miles based on cars.com), but I would need to pay more, get worse financing, and have more trouble with the whole arrangement. The next allocation for August should be known beginning of July. This is how they get me, from month to month. I ordered on April 1, so if I don’t get it in August, it would be more than 5 months waiting. Is that possible? Last edited by PeterB; 06-30-2013 at 09:03 AM. Reason: typo |
