Question. Would the WMI kit also allow you to run at the lower boost levels EVEN SAFER on the stock block or is there no real point in having it at the 6-10 psi range??

You can have a higher amount of safety using water / meth kit at 6 to 10 psi. But always tune for it and have fail safes in place. I have not had to deal with many failures over the years but have seen a few.
