Yep, I won a $250 Amazon gift card. However, I almost didn't get it since I had to confirm once they notified me I won and when I tried to confirm, they're e-mail server blocked my reply. Luckily, I got a second notice and called them up to tell them to GIVE ME MY FREEBEE!!! Finding their phone number was a hassle, too. The card helped me score a sweet pair of Adidas running shoes, though.

Most survey's I've taken tell you somehwere on them where you can find who has won... It may be something stupid like an address to mail into, but it is there never-the-less. Did a quick Google on this and nothing came up so I'm assuming that is the case here. (And I too have NEVER won anything from completing a survey except more surveys!)
