That is correct. 90mm for the mains, 60mm for the high beam

Sorry to revive a somewhat dead thread but great work! Nice to see someone have enough balls to hack into their new car's headlight housing to do a proper retrofit!! Not many cars can pull off the angel eyes look but the FRS is definitely an exception!

How do these compare to the stock FRS projectors? Did the stock projectors have any hot spots? Did you use a foreground limiter on those projectors?

I didn't use a foreground limiter.. In fact I honestly don't know what that is.. These are the 5.0 mini H1 projectors, and they are a lot better then stock as far as the cut off and everything.. Expecially with HID's installed.. I'm doing another quad retrofit Friday with the new 6.0 morimoto projectors and they are better then the 5.0.. So much in fact I'm swapping my 5.0 for the 6.0 and going to use the 5.0 for foglights

Oh, I assume the 6.0 has a more even beam? Coming from the Miata world, we often tend to go the cheapest route possible. I've been fiddling aroiund with fabricating my own flush headlight housings with moulding of plexi glass as well as an aluminum base. I've been getting the Morimoto Mini H1 knock offs from eBay for a fraction of the price and they've been holding up pretty well so far!

Also, a foreground limited is placed inside the projector and is used to block off some light that is at the bottom of your beam. This usually helps visibility at night as your focus goes from seeing what's directly in front of your car to things that are seen 25+ feet away. Well that's how I recall it from reading up on it from HIDPLANET.com anyways.

Very nicely executed.
I normally don't like how retrofits look but I gotta admit,
this one is very good.

Wow that looks awsome~ I wish I live in NV~lol

How did you wire the Halo?
I see that those pictures showing the halo is as DRL and also comes on with headlights one.
Im about to work on mine very soon and I want the halo lit up as drl and also lit up with headlights, but not quite sure how I'm gonna wire it.

I wire it up at the main fuse box, using the top left 15 amp fuse with a add a fuse.. Been running mine that way since November/December.. It comes on and off with the ignition.. On with ignition in the on position.

And I fully seal these lights, so there should be no fogging at all.. Out of all the retrofits I've done so far all have been fine.. And we are having a series of atoms here and so far so good
