Great customer service from P3cars in regard to installing another company's oil pressure sensor. I emailed P3 and within an hour I had a response on how to hook up the ProSport sensor I had to the gauge.

Red (+5v) goes to the purple wire (on the p3 harness aux plug)
Black (GROUND) goes to the black wire (on the p3 harness aux plug)
White (SIGNAL) goes to Analog IN 1 (brown on gauge harness)

Nice to see a company take care of its customers!

Someone mentioned you could hook up a vac line to this gauge (for boost) if you didn't want to use the OBDII vac/boost signal. Is that correct?

Yeah but the auto dimming functionality changes gradually with your cars dimming level instead of just bright and dim.

The manufacturer has been busy and I've been sending them a ping every week. This week they confirmed that the functionality works but they now had to find what wire to connect it to on the BRZ/FRS.

I just bought the gauge at a discounted price direct from P3. The customer service from them is top notch. I asked about the dimmer wire as well and he said he would get back to me asap.

I got the same response a month ago, and they've been really busy since then so I've pretty much given up as I hate to keep bothering people every week. If you find out anything, please give us an update here.
