I got a base model aka. V-spec and I'm only paying $312K/month @ 2.19% through TFS. The reason why I got the low interest rate is the special Toyota financial if you put down a big chunk for down payment.

I'm surprised you didn't ask what financial options were available. Your dealer is bending you over hard. I hope you didn't sign any contract papers...

The finance guy told me it might change on Monday depending on what the bank replys to the offer ( i signed for the car yesterday, Saturday. Banks Closed). They also told me the bank might make it cheaper. I left my tC at the dealer ship because they are waiting for me to give my car to carmax and to bring back the check to them. Should i back off? should i hold the check so they are forced to change the price a bit? the car is $25,800, $484 seems like a lot to me.

Your dealer sounds like a scumbag. He's definitely making money from you with the "spread" he's charging. The bank is probably lending to him in the 2's and he's making close to 5% from you with the original rate quote.

If you got a buddy in the military who's an NFCU member, forward ur bills to his house and you can become a member, NFCU not only has the best interests rates in America it's also a pleasure to bank there. Nfcu (navy federal credit union) my BRZ is 0% and I didn't put anything down (60 month)
