We have some drawings for smaller pulleys. Need to get through a few other projects then i'll try and do a short run ASAP.
Need to calculate belt lengths to see if a new belt needs to be included or not.

Still working on the tuning for my innovate kit. Had some early issues with throttle response, but Tony sorted them out quickly. Also managed to part program the ecu, scared me a bit but that was an easy fix too.

We usually call it the heart breaker. Stock cars dyno 160-168 on it

Mine was doing it when I stepped on the gas while the engine was under cruising throttle. Apparently the initial maps FA20Club sent out were using the resolution from the turbo kits and vortech kits, but the innovate kit is hitting much lower engine loads (1.29 on my last WOT log). I sent in some logs of the car's issues and the latest tune Tony sent out has all but corrected the issue. Shoot him an email with the logs, explain what's going on, he should be able to fix it right away.

I guess the driveability is what's taking time in tuning these kits, not the power.

He sent me a new map last night. I am going to upload and data log this morning. My fuel economy per the factory gauge is shot as well. Average is 14.4mpg's. I am hoping the calibration is off but idk? It is actually getting poor fuel economy at the moment just cruising around. I will see what Tony comes up with after these new logs I send in.

I am having the same lag issue. My tune feels great over 4k but it very choppy and rich below. I sent logs and a email. Hopefully I will get a revised tune soon my cruising gas mileage is between 18-20..

Like I said, log and send them to Tony. My choppiness is 99% gone. I want to do a few more tests before I say its 100%.

As to fuel economy, I have no idea, I honestly haven't been keeping track. The instant MPG is still around 27-30mpg when cruising around town, but my average is toast since I've been doing a lot of logging WOT and throttle response to correct the issues I was having.

I finally checked my email, got one from Tony:

I was seeing AFRs around 17-19 at WOT between 2700-4000 rpm. You two might want to check your logs and see what AFR is sitting at, that might be the issue.
