Jkbarnes3, How has this setup been treating you? I need to wrangle up a solution to my FR-S as well and this tow hook idea looks like it would work great.

Looks good.
I prefer to have my bike on the inside though and was pleased to discover my new 23" 29er fits in with the back seats down and both wheels off! |

If you don't mind can you post a picture of your bike in the trunk? I'm debating whether I should get a 26" or 29er.

Looks like the best solution so far. We just bought an Asphalt FR-S and it would be nice to haul bikes with it
PS. Nice Heckler! |

Update: This set-up is still working great for me! I have been slammed busy and haven't had a chance to post lately. Unfortunately I just traded my car in on something more practical.
If anyone wants this exact set-up pictured I will sell it for $250 plus shipping. It will include the Yakima HighRoller Bike Mount and adapters to fit the FR-S tow hook holes. Bike holder http://www.rei.com/product/854786/ya...a-001b2166becc |
