Nobody said the FR-S was going to be exactly like the 86 or the BRZ. So the 215/40-17 + 225/40-17 setup is entirely possible. Even the 86 has optional 18 inch staggered setup.

215/40-17 + 225/40-17 are not prius tires...not sure what they are though...

That mag says they are Prius low rolling resistance tires.

Oh yeah forgot bout the TRD 18" wheel option. I wonder that tire spec gonna come w? If 215/40/17 & 225/40/17 are stock speedo then 18's gotta go 35 walls? Man, I don't even wanna think bout going through dips

Man about time, the old Scion site was absolutely hideous. This one isn't much better at all though. You would think that a company trying to aim for the younger generation might want to have it be more visually appealing with far less typos.

Better than the previous flash site. Still needs a lot of improvements.

Tada hints that the internals will be strong enough for plenty of boost? This is interesting.

Just a hunch. 2012 may not be a typo after all. Toyota is preparing for a quick model year change. The MY 2012 is going to be only for 4 or 5 months to release the car for a surprisingly low price, but they will increase the price by $1,000 to $1,500 without adding anything for the MY 2013. I believe GM did something like that for the Camaro?

I'm sure that is a great way for Toyota to get back into sports car and really give it to all the enthusiasts waiting for this car by charging more the next year. We would all understand that and won't have a problem with that.

rofl..that photo is weird.. like the FRS and FRS concept shouldn't even be there.

All the other Scions have very distinct similarities to them.
